What size should I buy?

We recommend you order the size you wear in a running shoe. All of our shoes & boots are a standard D width, if you require a wide fitting, please consider going up a size.

If they don’t fit we do offer free exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please email us on support@ridgemontoutfitters.co.uk if the order has been dispatched already you will need to return it for a refund.

What is the shipping policy?

Orders placed before 12pm should be dispatched on the same day that you place your order (Monday – Friday), however this may vary during busy periods. A dispatch notification will be emailed to you once your order is shipped and it will have all your relevant order details as well as the tracking information for your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For UK deliveries we offer two services, 48 hour delivery or next day delivery, these options can be selected at checkout. For full details and international deliveries please see our Shipping & Returns policy.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on your country and will be determined at checkout. For full details please see our Shipping & Returns policy.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact us at support@ridgemontoutfitters.co.uk with your order number and one of our customer services team will be able to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

We will accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. If we don’t have the size you require for an exchange in stock we will offer you a different style or a refund.

How do I return/exchange my order?

Please visit our returns page to start the return process and create your label.

You will receive an email once the refund/exchange has been processed.

Refunds and exchanges can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the items back to the warehouse. However normally it’s much quicker.

How long will my shoes/boots stay waterproof?

The process we use to make our waterproof styles does not last forever. With use and wear, the waterproofing on hiking boots begins to deteriorate and the more miles that you wear them for, the faster this will happen.

To protect your boots to keep them in an optimal condition, we suggest storing them in a dry and well-ventilated room. If you don't utilise your boots for a long period of time, you may use a shoe tree in order to preserve the shape of the boot.


How do you choose what materials to use?

Selecting materials is always done with the environment in mind. We use only the best full grain cow leather and suede from hides dyed in tanneries that are gold rated for their environmentally responsible processes. Further information on our commitment to creating a more sustainable future can be found here.
