We know how hard it can be buying footwear online - everyone's feet are different and it's super important that you get the right fit for you - especially when you are out on the trail!   We want you to have the best Ridgemont experience, as well as correct fitting footwear.  Depending on your location, please follow the below instructions to arrange a return or exchange.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For UK customers we accept returns and exchanges free of charge within 30 days from the day your order is delivered.  Order a pair, try them on and if they don't fit then just pack them up and get your return or exchange started by emailing support@ridgemontoutfitters.co.uk.   

Once we receive your original purchase back we will either issue a refund to your original form of payment or process a new order for the exchange. We aim to process all refunds & exchanges within 14 days once the items are received. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.  If you are after an exchange it may be quicker and more convenient to place a new order as the stock is constantly moving through our warehouses and we can only authorise the exchange once the original order has been received.

Returned products must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indications that it has been used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser, and no refund will be issued. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned for cash or credit.

For faulty, late returns past the 30 day return period or if you’ve received an item that doesn't match what you ordered, please contact us on support@ridgemontoutfitters.co.ukIf we have despatched an incorrect item that was not what you ordered we will cover your returns postage as well as free postage on the replacement item.

PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

If a promotional item (e.g. free socks) is included as part of an order that is subsequently returned for credit, then we request that the promotional item is also returned with the item for credit.  If the promotional item is not returned, then the price of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.  If the original item is returned for an exchange then it is not necessary to return the free gift.

 

 

EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service for EU/INTERNATIONAL customers nor are we able to cover the cost of international returns for size exchanges.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day your order is delivered.  Order a pair, try them on and if they don't fit then just pack them up and contact customer services at support@ridgemontoutfitters.co.uk for a Return Authorisation (RA) number.  Postage costs to return the items to our UK warehouse are at the customer's expense.
