Well, until there’s a sharing economy for footwear, there’s Ridgemont wax to keep your leather hooves looking fresh and new. We recommend an occasional coating to keep your Ridgemonts in tip-top condition. Our all natural leather care wax keeps the leather in our shoes looking and performing their best.

Made from triple filtered beeswax, seed oils and natural lipids instead of petroleum products, our wax is non-toxic and delicious. OK, not delicious. Please don’t eat this or any other wax, for any reason....

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Delivery within the UK is free for final order values over £75. We will deliver your parcel by choosing the most appropriate service depending on your order and your destination.

We endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hours and we will send an email confirming despatch. All orders require a signature upon receipt, which is evidence of delivery by Ridgemont Outfitters Ltd. Please note that Ridgemont will not take any responsibility for delays caused by our courier or any subsequent couriers used by them. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

As soon as your order has shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email stating your tracking number and the carrier’s website so that you can keep an eye on the shipment. If you have not received an email please check your junk mail as it may have been directed there, if not then please contact Customer Services at cs@ridgemontoutfitters.com

EU ORDERS

For EU orders we will despatch your order using an international signed for courier. Delivery to any European Union countries for orders over £75 is also free and takes 2-4 days.

Please contact Customer Services on cs@ridgemontoutfitters.com for the best shipping options and price. Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT) etc, which are not included in the prices and shipping costs.

Returns

We know how hard it can be buying footwear online - everyone's feet are different and it's super important that you get the right fit for you - especially when you are out on the trail! We want you to have the best Ridgemont experience, as well as correct fitting footwear, so for UK customers we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Order a pair, try them on and if they don't fit then just pack them up and follow the link in the footer to get your return or exchange started.

Once we receive your original purchase back we will either issue a refund to your original form of payment or process a new order for the exchange.. We aim to process all refunds & exchanges within 7 days once the items are received. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.

If you are after an exchange it may be quicker and more convenient to place a new order as the stock is constantly moving through our warehouses and we can only authorise the exchange once the original order has been received.

Returned products must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indications that it has been used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser, and no refund will be issued.

For returns from the EU and further afield we are working on a solution for free returns. Until then please contact cs@ridgemontoutfitters.com.

For faulty, late returns past the 30 day return period or if you’ve received an item that does match what you ordered, likewise please contact us on cs@ridgemontoutfitters.com.

If we have despatched an incorrect item that was not what you ordered we will cover your returns postage as well as free postage on the replacement item.
